All postage charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout screen before an order is submitted. Refunds & ReturnsMUP offers refunds for products purchased at MUP e-store only under the following conditions: For print-on-demand books: - Book must be agreed by MUP to be faulty or the incorrect book
- Request for refund and/or return must be lodged with MUP within 3 weeks of purchase
- Request for refund must be accompanied by a copy of the confirmation email (receipt of purchase)
- Postage for return of books will be borne by MUP
- Credit notes/vouchers are not available
- Where possible, and agreed, a replacement book will be supplied rather than a refund
For e-books or e-chapters: - File must be agreed by MUP to be faulty or the incorrect file
- Request for refund and/or return must be lodged with MUP within 1 week of purchase
- Request for refund must be accompanied by a copy of the confirmation email
- Return of digital file to MUP is not required
- Credit notes/vouchers are not available
- Where possible, and agreed, a replacement file will be supplied rather than a refund
Use the “Contact MUP e-store” link on the right-hand side of every page of the MUP e-store to request a return or refund. Agreed refunds are credited to the credit card used for the purchase. MUP reserves the right to refuse a refund. |
